Will Shrek The Musical Be A Monster Hit

DreamWorks production company are praying the stage show Shrek:The Musical, will be just a big as the movie series, there is no doubt that their prayers will be answered.

The Theatre Royal, Drury Lane WC2 in London will see Nigel Lindsey from televisions Channel 4 hit show My Family, playing Shrek and Amanda Holden star of Britain’s Got Talent, playing Princess Fiona. Shrek: The Musical will be shown from the 6th May 2011, what a lovely Easter Gift for all the family.

The productions are being churned out around the world, with big stars playing the lead roles. The story remains the same. Shrek the nasty ogre with a big heart and some nasty habits, falls for a beautiful Princess called Fiona, who finds out she is an Ogre herself. Accompanied along the way in this hilarious heartfelt story is Donkey and the Dragon and many other mythical characters.

There have been problems with the dragon, due to it being unsafe, but they have rectified these problems and the show goes on with the costumes winning a Tony award.
