One Night Only Spectacular Gala Concert

The Ambassador Theatre Group have kindly donated London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre to host a concert to raise awareness and funds for The Hunger Project’s programmes, this will be held on the evening of Sunday 9th January 2011 in London. This follows a World Hunger Day briefing during the same day at the Park Plaza Hotel, in Victoria, London.

This briefing will give you the real truth about hunger and poverty in Africa, South Asia and Latin Amerian. In these Countries there are courageous individuals who are involved in mobilising their communities to help give their people a future, free from hunger and poverty.

Tickets for the briefing are just £100.00 and for the first 60 delegates at the briefing, there will be an extended invitation to the fantastic Spectacular Gala Concert, with a complimentary seat, and an extended invitation to the exclusive after show party.

The aim of the concert is to raise significant awareness of the very first World Hunger Day and the inspiring work of the Hunger Project to bring an end to hunger and poverty. It is also hoped that significant funds will be raised to help towards work in the 13 countries across Africa, South Asia and Latin America.

Staring Dionne Warwick along with selected Friends’ which will include, Natalie Cole, Elaine Paige, Simon Keenlyside, Steven McRae, all supported by the incredible full orchestra of The Southbank Sinfonia, this is going to be a spectacular one night only affair, a fantastic way to raise awareness for this worth while charity day.
