The 5th December, 2010 sees the the funniest women in comedy take on the biggest killer for women! No its not breast cancer, but heart disease.
The Theatre Royal, Haymarket, London, will see The British Heart Foundation and recently confirmed host Victoria Wood join some of the UK’s top comedians giving their “unique take on the affairs on the heart”.
Victoria Wood declared, “Like most women, I thought heart disease was something that only affected men, like nose hair and not washing big dirty pans. We need to spread the word. The Angina Monologues will bring together our most fantastically funny women for a night of stand up, sketches and music. We all need a bit of hearty laughter.”
With that in mind, we must remind you that this is a one off show and tickets are already on sale for this fantastic show “by women and for women”.
So, if you cannot get tickets, Vue Cinemas are screening an exclusive live broadcast nationwide. So grab those tickets and help raise money for The British Heart Foundation.
