Throughout 2010, the hidden gem of Antony House near Plymouth will be transformed by the National Trust into a fabulous, surreal setting. Tim Burton shot part of Alice in Wonderland inside the 18th century house, and within the confines of its magical grounds.
From 6 March, visitors can enjoy the ‘Alice in Wonderland Experience’ at Antony House with free admission for any child named Alice or Alasdair on the opening day. From caterpillars atop mushrooms to Cheshire cats hiding in the bushes, croquet on the lawn to Mad Hatter’s tea parties running every weekend, the experience promises to be riotous good fun for all ages!
